Shipping Information

Everything you need to know about our shipping options, delivery times, and policies.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily use UPS for all shipments unless otherwise indicated on your order. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff Times

  • Ground Shipments: Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM local warehouse time.
  • Expedited Shipments: Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM local warehouse time.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Puerto Rico.

Important: Case Quantity Only

International orders must be placed in full cases (typically 12-96 units per case, depending on style).

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times do not include customs clearance.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

For large orders (valued over $500), a signature will be automatically required upon delivery for security.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service team immediately. Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
